Job Description
Direct and assists franchisees in sales operations management.
Assists franchisees in development of marketing plan.
Acts as consultant for store operational issues and problems.
Qualifications
Preferably graduate of any Business courses.
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS STORE MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS EXPERIENCE IN FOOD CHAINS AND SINGLE UNIT RESTAURANTS.
Experience in Franchise Operations, an advantage.
With effective people management and leadership skills.
Must be proficient in using MS Office applications
Highly flexible and result-oriented.
Must be a team player and with excellent oral and written communication skills (English, Ilocano, Pangasinense).
Preferably residing in Pangasinan; willing to travel away from homebase
Must be willing to extend beyond office hours and willing to do fieldwork (with driver's license)
Must be willing to undergo training outside of the assigned area
